Manager refers to the Manager or acting Manager from time to time at Delius Lived Next Door. Premises refers to Delius Lived Next Door, 8 - 10 Claremont, Bradford BD7 1BQ. D Card refers to Delius Lived Next Door discount card.

The D Card is valid at the premises only and at no other establishments. The card is only available to persons over the age of 18. It entitles the bearer to various discounts on alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks which may vary from time to time and can only be used by the person to whom it was issued. It is not transferable and no more than one card will be issued to any person.

The card remains the property of Delius Bradford Limited. It must be presented at the point of sale to the receive discount. The manager may refuse discount if no card is presented. The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers. The manager reserves the right to refuse discount at any time for any reason. The card has no monetary value and cannot be resold. It may be withdrawn without notice at any time.
